Solely foreign funded international freight forwarding company

    From 11th Dec 2005,the solely foreign funded international freight forwarding company is allowed to be set up.

   Setting up the foreign funded international freight forwarding agent should based on the current State laws on the foreign investing enterprises,and follow the procedures according to the laws,and submit the documents as required to the provincial Business authority.

     The provincial business authority will aprove or disaprove the application after 10 days of receiving the documents. The Foreign-invested enterprise approval certificate will be issued to those aproved one.For those disaproval one,the authority will explain the reasons in the writing.For those application which is beyond the jurisdiction of the provincal business authority,it should be submit to the Ministry of Commerce for checking after 15 day of receiving the documents.

    The Ministry of Commerce should give the decision after 60 days receiving the documents.For those qualified one,the Foreign-invested enterprise approval certificate will be issued.For those unqualified one,it should be explain the reasons with writing.

 4. The name list of the board of the directors and each letter of attorney.2

5.The enterprise name aproval document from the Industrial and Commercial Dep.1.

6.The investors’s registration certificate from his original country(in charge of such business for more than 3 years),and credit certificate.2

7.The company venue certificate.

6. The attorney of the legal representative and its ID copy.2

8. Meeting records for the creation of the enterprise.(Shareholders’ decisions)
