 PSB audit seal—> Enterprise organization code certificate —>Exchange administration registration—> Open bank account—>Tax registration—> Financial registration—>Statistics Registration—>Registration in Bureau of Labor—> Operation land procedure—> CPA verification—>Customs registration—>Industrial and commercial registration

Operation land requirements:
1. Office buildings,commercial office buildings,special floors for office buildings,or more than 3-star hotels which have special floors for office and with the “office lease businss” in their Business Licens.
2. The office building must be registered in the Housing Authority,and must meet the requirement of the fire fighting.
3. The office  building  must have Separated access Lift / Channel
4. The office  building  must have the security and fire fighting equipment.
5. The office building must have the professional property management staffs.
6.  The office building must have reference regulations.

Other required documents:
1. Application form for the appointed office place of the foreign enterprises.
2.  Property Management Regulations （attach the Security Management Framework and the name list）；
3. The leased house/room list of the building
4. The  Building panorama ；

The applicant will get the approval or reject after 10 working days of its documents submission
