SAIC issued a newly Enterprise Annual Inspection Mesures on Feb 24th 2006,and it was carried out on Mar 1st 2006.The newly mesures adjusted the annual inspection time in the period of March 1st to June 30th for all the forigen funded enterprises all sub-branches operated in Guangzhou.The contents of the annual report for the foreign-funded companies will also be adjusted accordingly which include the oversea investment situation,registered status of the Borad of director and board of supervisor and the situation of the import and export,but cancel the registration of the enterprise stamps.The documents needed for annual report will add the certificate of the Designated representative or agent,and the copy of business license of the sub-branches.The qualified companies will not be classified as Grade A or Grade B as before,and the business license will not be labeled of annual inspection,but only will be stamped on the copy of the Business License. This year,the SAIC offered the annual inspection on the internet with about 200000 foreign enterprises,which took up about 80 % of the total foreign enterprises in China.The websit of Guangzhou Industry and Commerce Bereau ,as one part of the internet annual inspection,will be connected with the SAIC system.For more information about the internet annual inspection for the foreign enterprises in Guangzhou,please go to the website of http://www.gzaic.gov.cn/, and search it in the download column.
