If the investor is a company,it needs the copy of certificate of openning business,and credit certificate.If is a natual person,then it needs the copy of ID and credit certificate.

House,operating place certificate,lease contract.For those refer to environmental problems,it also needs the certificate from the Environmental protection department.

Copy of FIEs name approval notice（ Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau ）

The name list of the board of the director, attorney letter of Personnel director(signed by appointing party ),the copy of ID of all the directors. For those without board of director,they need the attorney letter of general manager(note:the GM is the legal representative),and the copy of ID of the GM.
