1.Documents required for setting up the foreign funded trading company in GZ

1、 3 copies of Business License of the investing company(Attested by the local China Embassy,providing the passport and credited by the Notary.For those HK registered company,it needs to be certified by the Solicitors )

2、 Original copy of Bank credit certificate,2 copies. 
3、Office building lease contract(The contract must be registered in the Housing Authority,and the contract must last more than 1 year)

Prividing the copy of the Real Estate License,and the Fire Proof certificate copy.

4、Invested funds（not less than 2000,000RMB ）；

5、Company article,and financial status form of the last 3 years.

6、The name list of the board of the directors of the head office.

3.Procedure:1. Application name verification ,7 working days→ 2.Documents finished, Examination and approval of trade,about 90 days（For those service or manufacture business,it needs 20 working days）→ 3.Applicating the Industiral and commercial registration certificate（15 working days）→ 4.application organization code certificate (3 working days)→ 5. Applicating the local and state tax certificate registration（1-3 working days）→ 6.Openning bank account（7 working days）→ 7.Applicating the import and export right in the Customs (no need for the service company)45 working days →8.Foreign currency certificate,20 working days →（Total time:about 160 working days）.
