注册卢森堡公司的一般流程如下：

1) The client provide the company names and the business cope of the Luxembourg company (please finish our questionare);      Depends on clients 

客户告知其将要在卢森堡成立公司的名称及业务范围（填写调查问卷）

2) We will check the company names to confirm whether it can be used or not;  3 working days       

我方审核该名称是否可以被使用； 三个工作日

3) Customers prepare all the documents as required, send the original copy to us by courier.      Depends on clients  

客户按要求准备好所有文件，原件快递至我方   取决于客户

4) Sign the Contract, complete the 80% advance payment.      Depends on clients  

签定合同，完成80%预付款 取决于客户

5) We start to regist the company, at the same time open the bank account on behalf of the customer using the name that will be corporated. The  bank account belong to the corporated company.Depends on clients, the account may set to must get the account beneficiary's signature to control.      8-13 working days

 我方开始注册公司；同时我方以即将成立的公司名义代表客户开立银行账户。账户完全属于该公司。根据客户的意愿，该账户可以设置为必须由账户受益人签字形式加以控制； 8-13个工作日

6) Notary Office issue a division sample of Memorandum of association and articles of association. For the division sample ,the proof of bank account ,the bank account , and the contract signed between our company and the client, we'll scan all of them and send to the client.      Depends on clients  

公证处给我司出具一份公司章程样本。我方将该样本连同银行开户证明包括账号以及客户和我方的合作契约传真给客户； 取决于客户

7) The client put the register capital into their company's new account.      Depends on clients  

客户汇入注册资金到其公司的新账户上； 取决于客户

8) The client signed the trust contract( if they have) and scan it together with the Memorandum of association and articles of association email to our company.      Depends on clients  

客户将已签字的信托合同(如有)和公司章程扫描件邮件至我方； 取决于客户

9) After the register capital insert into the bank account , we'll using the bank notice to request the notary office do the registration of the company, finish the complete set of company documents.      10-13 working days 

注册资金到账后，我方将持银行通知单请公证处注册公司，完成整套公司文件；      10-13 个工作日

10) After the company have been already registered, we'll send all the documents to the client, the client can using the name of this company to operate business.      Depends on the delivery
