Actually,the process of registering an Adv Company is the same as other company.That it requires 9 steps:Checking company name,offering reference documents for registration,business verification,applicating the Business License,applicating the organization code certificate,applicating the state tax certificate,applicating the invoice book,and applicating the invoice operation.

1）、Company name requirement

2）、Registered capital requirement

Nowadays,there is no specific requirement on advertising company for its minimum registered funds.So all the advertising company will be the same as other common company. According to the Company Law,the minimum registered funds for a 2 shareholders company is 30000RMB,and for a 1 person limited Corperation is 100000 RMB.The shareholders or the legal person should put the registered funds into a bank account which will be supervised by the professional lawyers,and the lawyers will provide the Verification report.

3）、Operation range requirement:

4）、Registered address requirement

5）、Shareholder requirement

According to the Company Law,a company must have a sharesholder(investor).One shareholder invested company is belonged to the one person limited corporation.There are also two or more than two shareholders.And when rigister the company,the origianl ID of all the shareholders must be provided.

6）、Board of supervisor requirement

According to the Rule of Copany,when a company is created,it can set up the Board of supervisors(need many supervisors),or one supervisor.For those one person limited corporation,the shareholder can not be responsible for supervisor.For those two or more than two persons shareholders,one of the shareholders can be the supervisor.When register the company,the orginal ID of the supervisors must be provided.

7）、Board of director requirement

A company can set up the Board of Director.If it does not set up the Board of Director,it need to set up an executive director.The shareholder can be in charge of the executive director.The original ID of the director must be provided.

8）、Company legal representative

A company needs a legal representative.The legal representative can be one of the shareholders,or it can be invited.The original ID and the photo of the legal representative must be provided.

9）、Company's articles of association

The article of association stipulates the company name,the business range,the invested capital rate of the shareholders,registered funds,shareholder,supervisor and its right and obligation,ect.All of which must be registered and report to the Industry and Commercial Bureau.

10）、Financial Staff

When a company register its tax,it must provide the information of one financial staff,such as the copy of the ID, the accounting certificate and photo.
