 1.Documents required for registering a GZ company:
        1、The ID of each shareholders;needs 2 or more than 2 persons,but less than 50 persons(one person shareholder company still needs the ID of the supervisor )
        2、The photos of each shareholders,8 pictures for the legal representative,other share holders need 3 pictures(1 inch colour picture)
        3、 IPPF card for those non-GZ house registered shareholders. 
        4、Office building certificates or documents
         ★ Office building、commercial shop（Without ownership property certificate） 
                  ①lease contract with original document.
                  ②copy of contract for buying the house and copy of invoice for buying the house(original documents are required for checking)
                  ③copy of ID of houseowner. 
                  ④copy of inspection certificate(stamped by the real estate company)
                  ⑤lease registration certificate
          ★Office building、commercial shop（with ownership property certificate） 
                  ①original lease contract
                  ②the copy of the business license of the rental unit(stamped by unit’s seal)/copy of ID of the owner
                  ③Copy of the ownership property certificate(stamped by the unit)/original document of ownership property certifiate 
                  ④lease registration certificate
         5、more than 5 company names for name checking
         6、Resume of legal representative 

          二、Notice on registering GZ company
         1、The picture for registering the company should be the 1 big inch colour photo.
         2、For those shareholders or legal representative whose house registration are not in GZ,they should provide the IPPF card.
         3、The ID should be the 2nd generation one.
