FRANCE CORPORATE REQUIREMENTS
company name :the name can’t be same or similar with the formatted name. which can’t include the term that is relatively with the French government or insurance, except apply another license plate. stockholder and director: stockholder is the investor of the company, director is voted by the stockholder, as the handler of the company .chairman is voted by the director. Stockholder can be natural people or artificial person, natural people are two or more than two 18elder people (one must French people who have visa of IC card, if you need, ATAHK can offer for you );before you corporate a company ,you must make the stockholder, chairman, director and how to divide the stock. Nominal manager and registration address: one or more than one nominal manager ,who is the rightful deputy, and must be native; registration address must be Italian native .if have need ,we ATAHK can offer for you capital registration :foundation capital stock 7500 Euro (should boned in the bank ,if need ,we ATAHK can help you to provide a loan, but should pay the interest about 20%.
